  Do not let this contractor ever put shingles on your house. If it had not been for a friend of mine that recommended him, I would not have hired him. I paid him over $11,600 less than four years ago. He was very nice taking your money and when the roof starts leaking in your home which mine did in April this year & I called him because his work is guaranteed in writing if any problems call him. So when I found out after another rain storm where the leak was I called him and he said he would be right out, he did a no show. I called back and he said he was sick & if I knew of anybody that needed work for me to recommend him because he needed work. I asked him to come when he got well & he said he would call me. Two weeks passed without hearing from him so I called again & he said he was with a client & would call me back & hung up on me. I waited all day for his call. That night I called him again & his wife said he was not at home. I told her why I needed to talk to him & she said she was not aware of my problem & she would talk to her men that coming morning. To this date I have never heard from him nor his wife. I called my insurance company & they & a certified contractor pin-pointed where the rain was coming into my house. It was around my dormers. No flashing there but filled with with wide stripes of caulking. I ended up having black mold in my sheetrock and insulation & I had to redo my ceiling where it had came in & spread to my son's window in his room upstairs & had to replace all the sheetrock under his window. This company that did the work had to put in flashing & new shingles. Mr. Lee has cost me too much money & the work is still ongoing to correct what Mr. Lee has done to me & my home. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HIM. I would hate for another person to go through this. I did not want even to give him a star. I will be contacting the Licensing Board of Contractors, Better Business Bureau as well so what I have been through will be on his record. I am a Senior Citizen and a widower and I do not want another person to go through what I have had to.
